Returns and Refunds
American Fizz is happy to accept and refund unopened items, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery, from the following product ranges:
American Fizz cannot accept any returns for perishable or bespoke goods. This includes:
In the event that you decide to return a product to American Fizz, we will be happy to refund the cost of basic delivery. Upgraded express (next day) delivery is not eligible for refund. American Fizz cannot cover the cost of returning any items to our warehouse.
In the event that your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, American Fizz is happy to offer a free replacement upon the production of photographic evidence. This evidence is required simply so that we may process a claim with our courier and recover the cost of the damaged goods. American Fizz is happy to offer a refund for damaged goods should you wish to return them to us instead.
